Features

Every GoHighLevel feature, in one place

GoHighLevel's pricing page lists 24 core features, and every plan gets all of them, the $97 Starter plan included. The higher plans add sub-accounts, rebilling, resale, API tiers and user reporting. What changes your bill is usage, such as emails, texts and AI, plus a handful of paid add-ons, all listed below.

Research-led reviewThe author has not used this product. Built from public sources. What this means

The author has not used this product. Everything here comes from six public sources: the maker's own site, its pricing and refund terms, its changelog, its support forum, counted complaints across recent public reviews, and a like-for-like comparison against the nearest alternatives. We never claim experience we do not have.

Which badge a page carries is enforced in the site build, not just in editing. A page cannot use first-hand language unless it has declared itself a real-use review, so the badge and the writing cannot drift apart. The full method

We earn a commission if you buy through links on this page, at no extra cost to you.How this works

You pay exactly what you would pay going direct. The maker pays us a share of their margin, not a surcharge on you.

We are never paid for a positive verdict, no maker sees a review before it publishes, and we publish verdicts recommending against products we could earn from. Commission rates never influence which products we cover or how we rank them. Full disclosure

Independent comparison. We are an affiliate of some platforms named here. We do not speak for HighLevel, and nothing on this page is an official statement by any of them. Figures come from each maker's own published pages on the date shown, and we correct them when they change.

The short version

  • Most modules carry no extra charge. Email, texts, calls and AI are billed by use.
  • For a single business the biggest optional cost is usually AI Employee, at $50 or $97 a month per sub-account.

API accessIn the core list, yet plan cards name basic API on Unlimited and advanced on Agency Pro

"None published" means HighLevel lists no separate charge for that feature. It does not mean that every action inside it is free. A workflow that sends a text still pays for the text, which is why the pricing page works through real monthly totals rather than stopping at the plan price.

What the plans change

What each plan card adds, from gohighlevel.com/pricing
PlanWhat it includes
Starter, $973 sub-accounts, unlimited contacts and users, 24/7 support, all core features
Unlimited, $297Unlimited sub-accounts, rebill phone and email at cost, basic API access
Agency Pro, $497SaaS mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling with markup, user and agent reporting, advanced API

A single business almost never needs more than Starter, and the Starter plan guide covers where its three sub-accounts run out. Agencies move up for unlimited client accounts on the Unlimited plan, or to resell the platform under their own brand with SaaS mode on Agency Pro.

HighLevel's pricing page has no feature-by-feature comparison table. If you read that the Starter plan is missing funnels, email or automation, that is out of date. The current page gives all three plans the same core list.

What costs extra

Three kinds of cost sit on top of the plan. Usage, meaning emails, texts, calls and AI, which bills from the account wallet. AI Employee, a monthly plan per sub-account that bundles AI usage, covered on the AI pricing page. And optional add-ons such as listings at $30, WhatsApp at $10 and premium prospecting at $29 a month per sub-account, with the bigger upgrades covered on the upgrades page.

Feature guides

What it replaces

24core features on the $97 Starter plan, from a CRM and a website builder to calendars, reviews and AI. The case for GoHighLevel is the separate subscriptions it replaces, not any single module.gohighlevel.com/pricing, checked 29 September 2026

Specialist tools go deeper in their one category, and several have their own comparison on the feature guides above. The point is that each part can trigger the others: a form fill starts a text, a booking starts the reminders, a finished job sends the review request. Whether that is worth $97 a month depends on what you pay for those tools today, which is the sum worked through on is GoHighLevel worth it. For the full verdict read the GoHighLevel review, and for other all-in-one platforms see the GoHighLevel alternatives.

Every feature, on every plan

The trial gives you the full core feature list on the tier you choose. Pick the two or three modules you would otherwise pay for separately, set those up first, and judge the platform on them.

Common questions

What features does GoHighLevel have?

HighLevel’s pricing page lists a CRM with pipelines, a website and funnel builder, email and SMS marketing, calling, a unified inbox, workflow automation, forms and surveys, booking calendars, reputation management, social media scheduling, an ad manager, a prospecting tool, payments and invoicing, courses, communities, a mobile app, API access, and AI tools for chat, voice, content, funnels and reviews.

Does the GoHighLevel Starter plan have all the features?

Yes, for the features themselves. HighLevel’s pricing page gives Starter "All Core Features", the same list as the higher plans. What Starter lacks is capacity and resale: three sub-accounts, no rebilling of phone and email, and no SaaS mode. API access is in the core list for every plan, while the plan cards name basic API on Unlimited and advanced API on Agency Pro, a contradiction covered on our API page.

What does GoHighLevel do?

It replaces the separate tools a small business or agency usually pays for: a CRM, an email platform, an SMS tool, a website and funnel builder, a booking calendar and a review tool, all in one account where each part can trigger the others.

Which GoHighLevel features cost extra?

Usage is billed on top of the plan: email at $0.675 per 1,000, texts and calls at metered rates, AI by usage or AI Employee at $50 or $97 a month per sub-account. Paid add-ons include listings at $30, WhatsApp at $10 and premium prospecting at $29 a month per sub-account.

Is there a free version of GoHighLevel?

No. There is no free plan. There is a 14 day trial on the standard sign-up, and a 30 day trial through HighLevel’s Bootcamp offer. Both require a card.
