Pricing
GoHighLevel pricing in 2026, and what you actually pay
GoHighLevel costs $97, $297 or $497 per month, or $970, $2,970 and $4,970 paid annually, which works out at two months free. The plan price is not the total: phone, email at $0.675 per 1,000 sends, and AI features bill separately from an agency wallet on top of whichever tier you choose.
Research-led reviewThe author has not used this product. Built from public sources. What this means
The author has not used this product. Everything here comes from six public sources: the maker's own site, its pricing and refund terms, its changelog, its support forum, counted complaints across recent public reviews, and a like-for-like comparison against the nearest alternatives. We never claim experience we do not have.
Which badge a page carries is enforced in the site build, not just in editing. A page cannot use first-hand language unless it has declared itself a real-use review, so the badge and the writing cannot drift apart. The full method

You pay exactly what you would pay going direct. The maker pays us a share of their margin, not a surcharge on you.
We are never paid for a positive verdict, no maker sees a review before it publishes, and we publish verdicts recommending against products we could earn from. Commission rates never influence which products we cover or how we rank them. Full disclosure
Independent comparison. We are an affiliate of some platforms named here. We do not speak for HighLevel, and nothing on this page is an official statement by any of them. Figures come from each maker's own published pages on the date shown, and we correct them when they change.
The verdict
The published prices are honest. What catches people is that they are subscription prices, not running costs. Phone, email, workflow actions and AI all meter separately, and AI is priced per sub-account, so it scales with your client count rather than with your agency.

The three plans
Annual billing on every tier is ten months for twelve. There is no monthly discount and no tier between $97 and $297.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Sub-accounts | Suits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | $970 | 3 | One business, or an agency with up to three clients |
| Unlimited | $297 | $2,970 | Unlimited | Agencies past three clients who do not resell the platform |
| Agency Pro | $497 | $4,970 | Unlimited | Agencies reselling the platform under their own brand |
What each tier adds
- Starter. Core CRM, funnels, email and SMS, unlimited contacts and users. No rebilling, no SaaS mode, basic API only.
- Unlimited. Unlimited sub-accounts, rebill phone and email at cost. Rebilling carries no markup, so you cannot profit on usage.
- Agency Pro. SaaS mode, rebilling with markup, automated sub-account creation. White label mobile app is a separate $497 a month.
What the plan price leaves out
These are published rates, not hidden ones, but they sit in a billing help article rather than on the pricing page. They come out of an agency wallet that tops up from the card on file.
| Charge | Rate | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Email sending | $0.675 per 1,000 emails | Same on every plan |
| Email validation | $2.50 per 1,000 validations | Optional, but most agencies run it |
| Phone, SMS and voice | Charged at Twilio rates | Numbers, segments and minutes all metered |
| Premium workflow actions | $0.01 per execution | Adds up fast on high-volume automations |
| Workflow Pro | $10, $25 or $50 a month | 10k, 30k or 65k executions, then $0.008 to $0.004 each |
| AI Employee, Growth | $50 a month per location | Per sub-account, not per agency |
| AI Employee, Unlimited | $97 a month per location | Per sub-account, not per agency |
Every plan gets the same core features, so the plan price buys capacity rather than modules. The features page lists all 24 and which carry a charge, and the biggest usage line for most businesses is covered on the email marketing and phone system pages.
Add-ons, and one that costs as much as the platform
| Add-on | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| White label mobile app | $497 / month | Same price as the entire Agency Pro plan |
| Premium support | $500 / month | Standard support is included and 24/7 |
| HIPAA compliance | $297 / month | Platform-wide, not per sub-account |
| Dedicated email IP | $59 / month per IP | Only worth it at real sending volume |
| Branded client portal app | $49 / month | Per sub-account |
| WordPress hosting | from $10 / month per site | Per site |

What three real setups actually cost
Plan price plus the usage a business of that shape typically runs. These are estimates built from the published rates above, not billing data, and your mix will differ.
| Setup | Plan | Typical usage | Realistic total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo business owner | Starter, $97 | One number, roughly 2,000 emails and 500 SMS a month, no AI | $115 to $140 |
| Agency, five clients | Unlimited, $297 | Five numbers, ~25,000 emails, moderate SMS, AI on two sub-accounts | $450 to $550 |
| SaaS agency, twenty clients | Agency Pro, $497 | Twenty numbers, heavy email and SMS, AI Employee on ten sub-accounts | $1,600 to $2,200 |
Solo business owner. Closest to the advertised price of any setup here.
Agency, five clients. Rebilling at cost recovers the client-side usage, not the plan fee.
SaaS agency, twenty clients. AI Employee alone is $500 to $970 of that. Markup rebilling is what makes it work.
Five things that catch people out
1. Voice AI does not include the phone call
AI Employee Unlimited covers the AI. The phone system still bills the minutes separately, so an inbound Voice AI call costs you twice.
2. AI pricing is per sub-account, not per agency
At $97 a month per location, switching AI Employee Unlimited on across ten clients costs $970 a month, on top of a $497 plan.
3. The wallet auto-charges your card
Usage is deducted from an agency wallet that tops up from the card on file. It is not a monthly invoice you approve, so watch the reload settings.
4. Starter caps you at three sub-accounts
There is no four or five. Client number four moves you from $97 to $297, a 206 percent jump with no step in between.
5. Rebilling at cost is not a profit centre
On Unlimited you can pass usage through at cost. Marking it up requires Agency Pro, which is the real reason most agencies move to $497.
Is the annual plan worth it
Annual billing is ten months for twelve on every tier, about a 17 percent saving. On Unlimited that is $594 a year kept, on Agency Pro it is $994.
The break-even is not really about the maths, it is about certainty. If you have been on the platform a year and your clients are on it, take the annual. If you are inside your first quarter, do not, because the thing you are actually buying with monthly billing is the ability to leave cheaply while you are still deciding. That option is worth more than 17 percent when you are not sure yet.
We work that decision through properly, with the break-even month and the two cases where the discount is a trap, on GoHighLevel annual pricing. One line item people miss when budgeting is Workflow Pro, which is separate from the plan and covered on workflows and automation.
For how these prices land against the enterprise option, see GoHighLevel vs HubSpot, where the mandatory $3,000 onboarding fee changes the arithmetic more than the monthly price does.
Still deciding whether it is the right platform at all?
Pricing is only half the question. Our full GoHighLevel review covers what it replaces, the complaint pattern across 651 G2 reviews, and who should skip it. The agency CRM comparison puts it against the alternatives. If the total is more than your business needs, the cheaper category is funnel builders, starting with Systeme.io at free to $97. Usage is where the real cost lives: the phone system page has every call and SMS rate worked into a monthly total, and US texting also needs A2P registration first. For the two decisions this page leads to most often, see what $297 buys over $97 and which of the in-app upgrade offers are worth accepting.

What the same money buys without the agency layer
GoHighLevel Starter is $97 for three sub-accounts. If you will only ever use one, you are paying for the other two. Systeme.io's free plan runs a funnel, a list and a course for nothing, and its top tier is the same $97 with unlimited contacts.

The other $97
ClickFunnels also charges $97 and spends it entirely on the funnel builder. No sub-accounts, no white label, a 30 day money-back guarantee, and the best page editor in either category.

Common questions
How much is GoHighLevel per month?
GoHighLevel costs $97 a month for Starter, $297 for Unlimited and $497 for Agency Pro. Paid annually those become $970, $2,970 and $4,970, which is two months free. Phone, email and AI usage bill separately on top of all three.
Does GoHighLevel have hidden fees?
Nothing is hidden, but the plan price is not the total. Email is $0.675 per 1,000 sends, phone and SMS bill at Twilio rates, premium workflow actions are $0.01 each, and AI Employee is $50 or $97 a month per sub-account. These come out of an agency wallet that charges your card automatically.
Is the annual GoHighLevel plan worth it?
Annual billing is ten months for twelve, so about a 17 percent saving. It is worth it if you are past the trial and certain of the platform. It is not worth it in your first quarter, because you lose the ability to leave cheaply while you are still deciding.
What is the difference between the $297 and $497 plans?
The $497 Agency Pro plan adds SaaS mode, automated sub-account creation, and rebilling with markup. The $297 Unlimited plan lets you pass usage through at cost only. If you resell the platform under your own brand, Agency Pro pays for itself. If you do not, it usually does not.
How many sub-accounts does the $97 plan include?
Three. There is no intermediate tier, so a fourth client moves you straight to the $297 Unlimited plan.
Does GoHighLevel offer a free trial?
Yes. The standard trial is 14 days, and a 30 day trial is available through the HighLevel Bootcamp offer. Both require a card up front.
Is the white label mobile app included?
No. The white label mobile app is $497 a month on top of your plan, which is the same price as the entire Agency Pro subscription.
