The GoHighLevel app is called LeadConnector, not GoHighLevel

Searching the app stores for "GoHighLevel" will not find the app. The client-facing mobile app is published as LeadConnector. If your agency pays for a branded version, it is listed under their name instead. And there is no desktop application at all: the full platform runs in a browser.

Research-led reviewThe author has not used this product. Built from public sources. What this means

The author has not used this product. Everything here comes from six public sources: the maker's own site, its pricing and refund terms, its changelog, its support forum, counted complaints across recent public reviews, and a like-for-like comparison against the nearest alternatives. We never claim experience we do not have.

Which badge a page carries is enforced in the site build, not just in editing. A page cannot use first-hand language unless it has declared itself a real-use review, so the badge and the writing cannot drift apart. The full method

The short version

  • Mobile app: search LeadConnector, not GoHighLevel.
  • If an agency set you up, they may have their own branded app instead.
  • No desktop program exists. app.gohighlevel.com in a browser is the full thing.
  • You can install the web app to your desktop or home screen without any download.

Why the naming is like this. The platform is built to be white-labelled, so the client-facing app deliberately does not carry the HighLevel brand. That is a feature for agencies and a permanent source of confusion for everyone else. If an agency set up your account, ask them what to search for, because it may well be their name rather than either of these.

There is no desktop app

A lot of the searching around this term is for a download that does not exist. HighLevel does not publish a Windows or Mac application. The platform is a web app, and the browser version at app.gohighlevel.com is the complete product, not a cut-down version of something else.

If you want it to behave like a desktop app, you do not need a download for that either.

Installing it

On desktop, open app.gohighlevel.com in Chrome or Edge, then use the install icon in the address bar. It gets its own window and its own icon, without the browser chrome. Same on your agency's white-label domain if you have one.

On mobile, search your app store for LeadConnector, or for your agency's brand name if they have a white-labelled app. Then log in with the same credentials and, importantly, the same domain you use on the web. A white-labelled account will not connect using HighLevel's own details.

If you cannot get logged in at all, the domain is almost always the reason, and that is covered properly on the GoHighLevel login page.

New to GoHighLevel?

The mobile app comes with every plan, including the $97 Starter plan. The trial is the cheapest way to see whether it covers what you need away from a desk.

If a mobile app is genuinely part of the decision

Neither Systeme.io nor ClickFunnels ships one either, so this is not a reason to switch. It is worth knowing before you pay, though, and Systeme.io lets you find out for nothing.

Same answer, paid

ClickFunnels runs in a browser too. Its mobile experience is a responsive dashboard rather than an app, and the 14 day trial is long enough to find out whether that bothers you.

Common questions

What is the GoHighLevel app called?

LeadConnector. The client-facing mobile app is not published under the GoHighLevel name, which is why searching the app stores for GoHighLevel comes up empty.

Is there a GoHighLevel desktop app?

No. HighLevel does not publish a Windows or Mac application. The platform is a web app and the browser version is the complete product. You can install it as a window on your desktop from Chrome or Edge without downloading anything.

Why can I not find GoHighLevel in the App Store?

Because it is listed as LeadConnector. The platform is designed to be white-labelled, so the client app deliberately avoids the HighLevel brand. If an agency set up your account, they may have their own branded app under their name instead.

Does the app work if my agency white-labelled the platform?

Yes, but the login domain must be your agency’s, not HighLevel’s. The app asks which account you are connecting to, and a white-labelled account will not accept HighLevel’s own details.

Does the mobile app do everything the web version does?

No. The mobile app is built around conversations, calendars and contacts, which is what someone needs on the move. Building funnels, workflows and settings is a job for the web app.
