The rule is simple. Anything built for one action from one kind of visitor is a funnel. A homepage with a menu is a website, covered on the website builder page. A landing page for an advert is a one-step funnel, not a website page, because only funnel pages can be split tested.
Taking money
Order forms come in one-step and two-step versions. The two-step form takes contact details first and payment second, which means a buyer who drops out at the card screen is already a contact, and a workflow can follow up on the abandoned order.
