Pricing

Jobber pricing

Jobber runs from $29 to $699 a month, and the $29 everyone quotes is Core at one user billed annually for a full year up front. There are four plans, up to four seat counts each and three billing terms, which is twelve combinations and thirty-six published prices on a single page. Extra users are $29 a month each. Card payments cost 2.9% plus 30c on top of all of it.

Research-led reviewThe author has not used this product. Built from public sources. What this means

The author has not used this product. Everything here comes from six public sources: the maker's own site, its pricing and refund terms, its changelog, its support forum, counted complaints across recent public reviews, and a like-for-like comparison against the nearest alternatives. We never claim experience we do not have.

Which badge a page carries is enforced in the site build, not just in editing. A page cannot use first-hand language unless it has declared itself a real-use review, so the badge and the writing cannot drift apart. The full method

We earn a commission if you buy through links on this page, at no extra cost to you.How this works

You pay exactly what you would pay going direct. The maker pays us a share of their margin, not a surcharge on you.

We are never paid for a positive verdict, no maker sees a review before it publishes, and we publish verdicts recommending against products we could earn from. Commission rates never influence which products we cover or how we rank them. Full disclosure

Independent comparison. We are an affiliate of some platforms named here. We do not speak for Jobber or HighLevel, and nothing on this page is an official statement by any of them. Figures come from each maker's own published pages on the date shown, and we correct them when they change.

The short version

  • Thirty-six published prices. The one that gets quoted is the cheapest cell in the grid.
  • Core is sold at one user only. Hire anybody and the floor becomes Connect.
  • Annual billing is charged for the full term up front and is not refunded if you cancel mid-year.
  • Two Jobber pages publish different prices for the same add-ons, and neither is marked as superseded.

All thirty-six prices

$29 to $699is the published range, across 12 plan and seat combinations and three billing terms. That is 36 prices on one page, which is why no two articles about Jobber quote the same figure.getjobber.com/pricing, checked 7 September 2026

Two floors in that grid move people up tiers more often than any feature does. Core is sold at one user and one user only, so the day you take on help you are on Connect at minimum. That is $99 a month annually for one seat, and $128 once you add the second user at $29, against $29 on Core. And Plus does not exist below five users, so a three-person crew wanting a Plus feature has to buy five seats to get it.

The three columns are worth reading as what they are, which is a discount for surrendering flexibility. Connect at five users is $199 with no commitment, $169 on a one-year commitment and $149 billed annually. The gap between the first and last is $50 a month, $600 a year, and what you hand over for it is the ability to stop.

That matters more here than in most software, because Jobber's own pricing page states that an annual subscription is billed for the full term up front and that cancelling mid-year does not refund it. You keep access to the end of the term. You do not get the money back.

The add-ons, and a contradiction

Several things a buyer might reasonably assume are in the price are sold separately. Jobber's features page describes Reviews, Campaigns and Referrals each as add-ons to most plans rather than included features, and lists a Marketing Suite bundle and a Receptionist product alongside them.

Here is the problem. Two pages on Jobber's own site, read on the same day, give different prices for the same add-ons, and neither is marked as out of date. We are not going to pick one and present it as fact, because that is exactly how a wrong price reaches four pages at once. Both figures, with the page each came from.

Receptionist$29 a month$99 a month, called AI Receptionist
Pipeline$49 a monthNo price shown
Reviews, Campaigns and Referrals are each described on Jobber’s features page as add-ons to most plans rather than included features. If review requests and email campaigns are the reason you are buying job management software, price that in before you compare anything, and confirm the figure with Jobber directly rather than with us or with them, given the above.

What card payments cost

The subscription is the smaller number for most trades businesses. A company running $40,000 a month through the software pays $1,160 in card fees at the standard rate, plus 30c per transaction, against a $149 subscription.

If you are paying for Jobber partly because you were told to get a CRM, read is Jobber a CRM first. It is, and it is built around clients and jobs rather than new enquiries.

Note the third row. Jobber publishes a standard card rate and a card-reader rate, and does not publish a keyed-in or card-on-file rate anywhere we could find. Their help centre says rates vary by payment method and points back at the pricing page, which does not list them. If your office takes cards over the phone, you cannot find that rate before signing up. Housecall Pro does publish theirs, and it is 3.49%, which is the comparison on Jobber vs Housecall Pro.

Is it worth it

The verdict

Jobber's pricing is honest in the way that matters most, which is that it is published in full and you can work out your real bill before speaking to anyone. Two of its biggest rivals cannot say that. The criticisms here are about the parts that are not published, the keyed-in card rate and a straight answer on add-on prices, rather than about the plan prices themselves.

Sole trader, genuinely one user
$29 a month annually is the cheapest real tool in this category
Two to five people
Connect at 5 users, $149 annually. Model it at your real headcount, not at one
Growing crew
Jobber’s $29 extra seat is the strongest thing about its pricing. Nothing else here is close
You want review requests and campaigns

Cards taken over the phone
Ask for the keyed-in rate in writing before you commit. It is not published
The trap
Paying a year up front to save $600 and finding out in month three that the reporting does not fit your trade

If the gap is before the job, not during it

Jobber prices scheduling, quoting, invoicing and job costing, and sells call answering as its Receptionist add-on. If your diary has gaps rather than chaos, the money is in catching the enquiries you miss, and a marketing platform does that alongside follow-up and review requests.

Common questions

How much is Jobber per month?

From $29 a month for Core at one user billed annually, up to $699 a month for Plus at fifteen users with no commitment. The most common real-world figure is $149 a month, which is Connect at five users billed annually.

Does Jobber charge per user?

Both, in effect. Plans are sold at fixed seat counts of 1, 5, 10 or 15, and Jobber also publishes an add-a-user price of $29 a month alongside those tiers rather than instead of them. Model your actual crew size on their page rather than assuming either number applies on its own.

Is Jobber’s annual plan refundable?

No. Their pricing page states an annual subscription is billed for the full term up front, and that cancelling mid-year leaves you with access to the end of the term but no refund of the payment. The saving against no-commitment billing is real, and so is the lock-in.

Does Jobber have a free trial?

Yes, 14 days with full access to Grow plan features and no credit card required. That is unusually generous for this category and it means you can evaluate it without a payment method on file.

What does Jobber charge to process payments?

Their pricing page publishes 2.9% plus 30c for standard card payments and 2.7% plus 30c using Tap to Pay or their card reader. Bank payments are 1%, and instant payouts add 1%. A keyed-in or card-on-file rate is not published.

What are Jobber’s add-ons and what do they cost?

Marketing Suite, Receptionist and Pipeline are sold on top of the plan, and Reviews, Campaigns and Referrals are described on Jobber’s features page as add-ons to most plans. Two Jobber pages give different prices for these on the same day, $99 against $79 for Marketing Suite and $29 against $99 for the Receptionist, so confirm the current figure with Jobber before budgeting.
