GoHighLevel login: the right URL, and what to do when it fails

The default GoHighLevel login is app.gohighlevel.com. If that page does not recognise you, the most likely reason is that your agency white-labelled the platform, which means your login lives on their domain instead, usually something like app.youragency.com. The HighLevel address will never work for those accounts.

The short version

  • Agency owners and direct signups: app.gohighlevel.com.
  • Clients of a white-labelled agency: your agency’s own domain, not HighLevel’s.
  • Mobile: the LeadConnector app, unless your agency has its own branded app.
  • Reset your password on the same domain you log in at, or it will not work.
This is why most people cannot find it. GoHighLevel lets agencies put the whole platform on their own domain. If you were set up by a marketing agency, you may never have been told the software is GoHighLevel at all, which is exactly the point of white labelling. Search your inbox for your original welcome email, the login link in it is the correct one.

When you cannot get in

Work through these in order. Most lockouts are the first two.

  1. Check you are on the right domain. A password reset started at app.gohighlevel.com will not unlock an account that lives on your agency's domain. This is the single most common cause of a reset that appears to do nothing.
  2. Find your original welcome email. Search your inbox for the agency's name, or for "LeadConnector". The login link in that email is authoritative.
  3. Reset the password from that exact page. Use the forgot-password link on the login screen you were sent to, not one you found by searching.
  4. Check whether your access was removed. Sub-account users can be deactivated by the agency without notice. If a reset email never arrives, this is usually why.
  5. Ask your agency, not HighLevel. If you are a client of a white-labelled agency, HighLevel support cannot help you. Your agency owns the account and only they can restore access.

Logging in on mobile

The client-facing mobile app is called LeadConnector, not GoHighLevel, which catches a lot of people searching the app stores for the wrong name. If your agency pays for a branded app, yours will be under their name instead and they will have told you what to search for.

The same domain rule applies on mobile. The app asks which account you are connecting to, and a white-labelled setup needs the agency's details, not HighLevel's.

There are three separate apps in play and picking the wrong one is the usual reason a login fails on a phone. We set out which is which, who each is for, and what a branded one costs the agency, on the GoHighLevel app page.

Not a customer yet?

If you landed here looking for the platform rather than the login page, the trial gives you full access to the tier you pick, on HighLevel's own login from the first day.

If you are locked out and rebuilding is on the table

Only relevant if you never got back in. Systeme.io covers the funnel, email and course parts of what GoHighLevel does on a free plan with no card, which is enough to keep an offer live while you sort the account out. It has no sub-accounts, so it is not a replacement for an agency setup.

Common questions

What is the GoHighLevel login URL?

app.gohighlevel.com is the default, used by agency owners and anyone who signed up to HighLevel directly. If you were set up by a marketing agency that white-labelled the platform, your login is on their domain instead, typically app.theiragency.com.

Why does my GoHighLevel password reset not work?

Almost always because you started the reset on the wrong domain. An account on a white-labelled agency domain cannot be reset from app.gohighlevel.com. Go back to the login page in your original welcome email and reset from there.

What is the GoHighLevel mobile app called?

LeadConnector. Searching the app stores for GoHighLevel will not find the client app. If your agency pays for a branded app, it will be listed under their name instead.

I am a client and cannot log in. Who do I contact?

Your agency, not HighLevel. On a white-labelled account the agency owns the sub-account and controls access, and HighLevel support cannot act on it for you.

Is there a separate GoHighLevel admin login?

No separate URL. Agency and sub-account users log in at the same address, and what you see afterwards depends on the permissions your agency gave you.
