Comparison

Best roofing CRM

Roofr is the only major roofing platform that publishes a full price list, from a permanently free tier to $349 a month. JobNimbus publishes plan names and seat bands with no dollar figures anywhere. AccuLynx publishes neither prices nor plan names, only a lead form. That is the first thing to know, and no comparison article in this category leads with it.

Research-led reviewThe author has not used this product. Built from public sources. What this means

The author has not used this product. Everything here comes from six public sources: the maker's own site, its pricing and refund terms, its changelog, its support forum, counted complaints across recent public reviews, and a like-for-like comparison against the nearest alternatives. We never claim experience we do not have.

Which badge a page carries is enforced in the site build, not just in editing. A page cannot use first-hand language unless it has declared itself a real-use review, so the badge and the writing cannot drift apart. The full method

We earn a commission if you buy through links on this page, at no extra cost to you.How this works

You pay exactly what you would pay going direct. The maker pays us a share of their margin, not a surcharge on you.

We are never paid for a positive verdict, no maker sees a review before it publishes, and we publish verdicts recommending against products we could earn from. Commission rates never influence which products we cover or how we rank them. Full disclosure

Independent comparison. We are an affiliate of some platforms named here. We do not speak for Roofr, JobNimbus, AccuLynx or HighLevel, and nothing on this page is an official statement by any of them. Figures come from each maker's own published pages on the date shown, and we correct them when they change.

The short version

  • Two of the three roofing-specific tools here publish no price at all, so neither can be compared on cost.
  • Roofr has a permanently free tier, which is rare in this category.
  • JobNimbus requires 14 days notice to cancel, and its terms are non-refundable.
  • All three are job management tools. None of them is built to chase the leads you miss.

The price problem

What each maker publishes on its own site, checked 6 September 2026
ToolPrice published?What you can see
RoofrYesFour plans including a permanently free tier
JobNimbusPartlyPlan names and seat bands published, no prices anywhere
AccuLynxNoNo prices, no plan names, no tiers. The pricing page is a lead form
GoHighLevelYesThree plans, though calls and texts are metered separately

A sales-gated price is not proof of a bad product. It usually means the figure varies by company size, or that the vendor would rather establish value before naming a number, both of which are ordinary in B2B software.

What it does mean for you is concrete. You cannot shortlist on budget, you cannot compare like with like, and you will spend an afternoon on calls to find out what two of these cost. If your time is worth anything, start with the one that will simply tell you.

Roofr

Roofr plans, read from roofr.com/pricing on 6 September 2026
PlanMonthlyAnnual, per monthSeatsNote
Starter$0$02Permanently free. Job board, 10 proposals, limited CRM
Measure+$109See note2Annual price could not be read reliably from their page
Essentials$249$2095The usual small-crew tier
Scale$349$299UnlimitedSeats stop being a cost here
One figure is deliberately missing. Three separate reads of Roofr's pricing page returned three different annual prices for Measure+, one of them higher than the monthly price, which is a rendering artefact rather than a real number. We would rather leave a gap than publish a figure we cannot stand behind, so check that one on their page directly.

ContractsMonthly plans offered on a no-contract basis, in their words
On cancelling"If you decide to cancel we’ll help export your data no questions asked"

The free tier is the genuinely notable thing here and it is unusual in this category. A job tracking board, ten proposals and limited CRM, permanently, with no card. For a one-crew roofer testing whether software helps at all, that is a real starting point rather than a countdown.

One inconsistency worth knowing: their pricing page and their own FAQ disagree about seats. The FAQ says Starter and Measure+ 2 seats, Essentials 5 seats, Scale unlimited. One read suggested unlimited users on every plan. The FAQ figures are more specific, so we have used those, but confirm before buying on seat count.

JobNimbus

Credit where it is due: JobNimbus publishes a great deal about what each plan includes. Seat bands, project boards, automation counts, integration limits and support levels are all there. Everything except what it costs.

How to find outA lead form headed "Get AccuLynx Pricing", or a phone call to sales

This is the most tightly gated of the three, and it is worth being fair about what that does and does not tell you. None of it says the product is poor, and we have not evaluated the product. It says you cannot evaluate it yourself without talking to someone, and that there is no trial to fall back on if the conversation goes nowhere.

If you are the kind of buyer who wants to try software quietly before speaking to anyone, this one is not built for you. If you are happy on a call and want a quote sized to your business rather than a list price, it belongs on your shortlist.

The missing half

Here is the thing all three have in common, and it is the reason this page does not simply pick a winner. Roofr, JobNimbus and AccuLynx are job management tools. They are built for what happens after somebody says yes: the measurement, the proposal, the material order, the schedule, the invoice.

None of them is built for what happens before. The call you missed on a roof. The quote you sent eleven days ago that nobody has chased. The customer who would leave a review if anyone asked. That is a different category of software, and for a roofer it is usually where the money is leaking.

If you are weighing where the marketing budget should go rather than which software to buy, the order that costs least is on roofing marketing. And if you are open to general trades software rather than roofing-specific, the two that publish full prices are compared on Jobber vs Housecall Pro.

Two different problems
If your problem isYou want
Quotes take too long, jobs get double-booked, invoicing is chaosRoofr, JobNimbus or AccuLynx
Missed calls, unchased quotes, no reviews coming inA lead follow-up platform such as GoHighLevel
Both, which is most roofersOne of each. They do genuinely different jobs
We should be plain about our position here. We earn a commission from GoHighLevel and nothing at all from Roofr, JobNimbus or AccuLynx. That is exactly why this page tells you the job management tools are the right answer for job management problems: pretending otherwise would be obvious and would waste your time.

The verdict

There is no single best roofing CRM, and any page claiming otherwise has usually been paid to. What there is: one vendor that will tell you the price, one that tells you everything except the price, one that tells you nothing, and a separate category of tool that most roofers do not realise they are missing.

Want a price without a phone call
Roofr. It is the only one of the three that publishes a full list
Want to try before paying
Roofr again, on the permanently free tier
Happy to be sold to, want a quote sized to you
AccuLynx, and accept that a call is the only way to a number
Losing money on missed calls, not on scheduling
None of these three. That is a follow-up problem
The trap
Buying job management software to fix a lead problem, then wondering why nothing changed

If missed calls and unchased quotes are the leak

It does not measure roofs, order materials or schedule crews, and it is the wrong purchase if that is what you need. What it does is catch the enquiry you could not answer and chase the quote nobody followed up. The missed call text back page covers the feature that matters most for a roofer, including what each text costs.

Common questions

What is the best CRM for a roofing company?

There is no single answer, and the first split is practical rather than technical: Roofr publishes a full price list from free to $349 a month, while JobNimbus publishes plan names and seat bands with no figures, and AccuLynx publishes nothing at all and points you at a lead form. For lead follow-up rather than job management, a marketing platform does a different job entirely.

How much does AccuLynx cost?

AccuLynx does not publish prices, plan names or tiers anywhere on its site. Their pricing page is a lead form headed "Get AccuLynx Pricing" with a phone number. There is also no free trial mentioned, so evaluating it means talking to their sales team.

How much does JobNimbus cost?

JobNimbus publishes no prices. It does publish plan names and seat bands, Essentials up to 3 users, Pro up to 10, Premium up to 19 and Enterprise above that, along with automation and integration limits, but no dollar figures anywhere on its site.

Is Roofr free?

It has a permanently free Starter tier with a job tracking board, 10 proposals and limited CRM, with no card required. Paid plans run from $109 a month for Measure+ up to $349 for Scale, with lower annual rates. Note their pricing page and FAQ disagree about seat limits.

Do I need both a roofing CRM and a marketing platform?

Many roofers do, because they solve different problems. Job management software handles quoting, scheduling and invoicing after a customer says yes. A lead follow-up platform handles missed calls, quote chasing and review requests before they do. Buying the first to fix the second is a common and expensive mistake.

Which roofing CRM has a free trial?

JobNimbus offers 14 days, though its terms state an uncancelled trial converts to paid and that cancelling requires 14 days notice. Roofr has no time-limited trial but does have a permanently free plan. AccuLynx does not mention a trial at all.
