The email difference
This is the one specification that quietly reverses the price comparison. ClickFunnels is $82 a month cheaper at entry, but if your sending pushes you to Scale at $197, you are now paying $18 more than Kajabi Basic while getting a worse course platform. Whether that happens depends entirely on how often you email.
Work out list size times sends per month before choosing. Under about 40,000 sends, ClickFunnels Launch is comfortably the cheaper option. Over 50,000, the comparison changes shape and Kajabi becomes competitive on price as well as on courses.
The fee difference
Pulling the other way, Kajabi charges 2% of every sale on Basic if you use your own Stripe or PayPal. ClickFunnels charges nothing at any tier. At $10,000 a month in sales that is $200 to Kajabi and $0 to ClickFunnels, which cancels out a good part of the email advantage.
